Can you ship directly to my client?
Absolutely. We can ship directly to your client's address or to your office—whichever you prefer.
How long does shipping take?
Each gift is handcrafted and made to order. After you approve your complimentary design proof, production typically takes 3–5 business days.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking link to follow your package's journey right to your doorstep.

How do I place an order?
Simply select your preferred package and complete your purchase. During checkout, you'll provide the property address, family name, and any personalized message. We'll take care of the rest.
Will I see a proof before production?
Yes! Every personalized order includes a complimentary digital proof. Production begins only after you approve the design.
How long does production take?
Most orders are completed within 3–5 business days after proof approval. If you have an urgent closing, please contact us—we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
Can my brokerage logo be included?
Yes. Your brokerage logo can be added to the keepsake message card and inside of Giftbox at no additional charge. Simply give your name and company details while placing your order.
